Magazines arrived in a timely manner, I knew exactly the terms of the subscription and, if I had to contact them, the information was readily available

Occasionally errors can happen, but we are continually making improvements to our tracking services to ensure you receive the issues you should. However our records show that the subscription is being successfully delivered and we have not had any issues returned. We would highly recommend checking the delivery address on your confirmation email is correct and if not we will be happy to correct it.
