Misleading reservation form UX, declined refund for missed bus

The reservation form UX is misleading and led me to a wrong bus terminal.. Finally missed the bus and had to take a ride with another company. Refund claim was subsequently declined by Gray Line.

Thank you Radoslaw for taking the time in writing us about your experience. As we have explained in the email we sent you, the location of our Terminal is mentioned on the webpage you booked the ticket from as well in the confirmation email you received when booking was confirmed and also in the voucher. We make sure that our customers have all the information needed in order to locate the terminal ( Reykjavik Terminal - Skógarhlíð 10 same location as Bus Hostel) before and after booking is completed. We regret to see that you went to a different terminal but as seats were reserved according to the booking made we cannot refund you for this purchase.

Yes, I would certainly buy from them again. We almost always buy a tour from Gray Line no matter where we travel in the world.
