Gray Line Bus Transfer from Keflavik airport to Reykjavik and return

Excellent. We arrived earlier than expected. the Gray Line Rep changed our booking so we could catch the next bus to the Hotel instead of waiting for over an hour.

Bad luck

Worst experience even . Fail to catch the pick up point. Can’t reach the hotline since it 11pm.. that was last bus.. the end I take my own way to airport in midnight time .

Our driver was at the designated pick up location looking for you but as he could not locate you you were marked as no-show. We hope that next time everything will go as planned.

False advertising

The private airport tour with the van in the photo is completely inaccurate. It was private, yes. However we received a sub hired taxi driver in a Subaru. With 4 people onboard heading to a cruise...

In order for our customers to benefit of a smooth service we need as much information as possible, including passengers numbers and luggage numbers. On the description of this service customers can see mentioned the following information: Luggage allowance per person is one standard suitcase and one item of hand luggage.
