je vous remerice pour votre avis. Nous nous soucions toujours de toute expérience "en dessous des attentes". et ferons tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour s'assurer que de telles choses ne se reproduisent plus. Je suis désolé que vous ne nous ayez pas signalé ces problèmes pendant votre croisière. Car nous résolvons tous ces cas sur place et très rapidement en coopération avec l'équipage à bord (exemple de soupe, résolution de tout problème de bar ou de boisson ou même options de départ tardif). Je suis également très désolé que cela ait laissé une mauvaise expérience à la fin du voyage. Nous avons envoyé un notre inspecteur à Cesarica pour vérifier tout ce qui s'est passé et l'équipage fera de son mieux pour optimiser et accorder une attention particulière à tout ce que vous avez écrit. J'ai aussi lu votre avis que vous avez rédigé sur Cesarica, et je suis heureux que la plus grande partie de la croisière s'est bien passée. Si vous nous refaites confiance à l'avenir pour l'organisation de vos vacances, nous compenserons par de belles prestations supplémentaires tout en accordant la plus grande attention aux choses que vous avez écrites dans cette critique.
