No customer service
Months in and they still haven't responded to my speed issues.

Okay but service is lacking
Speed was great for first month then dropped by half. Gigaclear give the usual ‘all okay our end’ response then you never hear from them again.
Took me three emails to get first response then after...

Great speed, but poor fault fix service.
Great broadband speed, but took almost 2 weeks to fix a fault despite 3 working days fix contract, leaving vulnerable person without a phone.

When it works, it’s great!
When the service works it’s fantastic but the line is cut through on a too regular basis. Maybe mark the line better so that other services know where it is!
