Customer service abysmal though when I finally got connected it works
Customer service was awful - our POT had been incorrectly positioned in the road so that needed moving before we could be connected, which took months to organise - I spoke to numerous Gigaclear...

Your engineer was excellent - the issue was an accidential disconnection in the main exchange box and we were back on line within 15 minutes

Polite and friendly phone feedback but a few outages
Always polite and friendly phone service if there is a problem with no waiting and a real peerson. had a few outages - one very long which was a nuisance. Also quiyte expensive.

Not the bright super-fast future technology that I was expecting!
Regularly check speed test to find I am getting nowhere near the advertised download speed while upload remains constant.
Apart from when downloading very large files I don’t notice much difference...

we have intermittent broadband from gigaclear - the nodes don't reach very far .. the customer service department is not very helpful
