Excellent service - if there is to an outage you are informed well on advance . For me the speed is great

Would not recommend
Still suffering from poor internet connection very slow response with their customer service - very keen to fit the product and then limited resources to fix your wifi problems.

Good when it's working.
Speed is nowhere near the claimed 300MBps. Just done a test and got 110MBps which is the highest I've ever had. Usually in the 50-70 range, which, although it's a lot lower than claimed, seems fast...

GOT FIBRE , BUT SPEED ONLY SLIGHTLY BETTER THAN PHONE LINE , COSTS MORE ?
INSTALLATION WAS A HURRIED BODGE BY AMATEURS , REPLACED MY PHONE LINE WITH GIGACLEAR FIBRE WHICH IS ONLY SLIGHTLY BETTER THAN OLD BT SERVICE. I PAY £34 / MONTH AND MY NEIGHBOUR PAYS £24
