Your 3rd party contract has broken into a sewerage pipe when installing the service. Your team has never taken the responsibility to fix it. I have already spent nearly £500 towards fixing the issue....

Seem to always blame my intranet work, but then ask to reset the router and my switch as well, so if its my intranet work why reset the router also, seems the router is not up to the job of supply...
