Totally recommend fast reliable service
Excellent service, get regular notifications when there is planned maintenance or outages. Support is a little slow but when the ticket gets answered the issues are normally fixed pretty quickly

Poor customer service
My internet keeps dropping. When I renewed, I asked for replacement nodes. The salesman said this wasn’t necessary and instead would send me a protocol for restarting the various wifi enabled devices...

Excellent fast reliable broadband
Having put up with sub standard broadband from BT for years, Gigaclear Broadband is fantastic, fast reliable and capable of having multiple users on at anytime without interruption to service.

True public service. Free fibre to boundary of every house in rural parish. Exactly what BT say is impossible. Great service and helpful young staff.

Good product ..rubbish service.
From the start got it wrong. Missed appointment for install. Failed to bill to agreed contract. Their twice had to restart 2 year contract due to billing errors. Failed to reply to maintenance mails...

Helpful but not always consistent
Always found the customer service good but some are much better than others at both understanding and then assisting with your problem. Would be useful to have follow up contact to ensure the issue...
