The internet service is regularly cut off, and although Gigaclear are good at making us aware that things are being worked on, it would be better if it didn't happen in the first place.

Generally very happy
In general a very good service. We get occasional outages and despite paying for 100 mb there are certain times Netflix struggles if someone in the house is on line.

Delivered on time as promised- engineers knowledgeable and helpful.
I have already shared their information with neighbours- I know two have already taken up their offer. Speed and range are both excellent for their service. Much better than my previous provider.
