Hi there! I'm so sorry that the delivery speed wasn't as fast as you had hoped for! We usually have great feedback on how fast our delivery is, so to allow me to investigate a little more, can you try and recall on which day you received your order? I can see your order was placed on a Sunday, so this would have been despatched on Monday, so you should have received this on Wednesday (48hrs from despatch). Hopefully I can find out what went wrong here! :)
