They were thorough in the on-phone interview. However, I would like to see an on-line presence, Since, I'm overseas (US) it would be nice to either chat or use a video link.

Fresh beat other quotes I had received and as I was already with Fresh, it was painless moving to a new policy.

By not giving one price for a quote then changing it when you call to take them up on it - needless to say went elsewhere!
