Many thanks for taking the time to respond to us. We are required to open up your packages to ensure that they don't contain any dangerous goods which are restricted for shipping to your country. Each country has different prohibited items and we need to be careful on what goods are shipped. We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive an invoice with your parcel - we do take extra care to ensure nothing is left out of your parcel when processing it and adding the required packaging, it could be that there wasn't an invoice included in your package.
