Donna and was superb throughout the process, from information on options and fabrics we could mix and match. Made our final choice so much easier.
The customer service was excellent, Donna in Leather Sofa sales was fantastic, incredibly helpful and was very keen to do everything possible to help.

Very helpful sales staff but not enough sales people for the number of customers on the days we were there. Fortunately we had time to wait for an assistant and once seen weren't rushed or pressured...
