Thank you for your feedback, we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused on your arrival and check-in process at Jersey airport. We at FlyDirect had your passengers names correct (as per your online booking) and this information was passed to the airline correctly. We do not know how the name was then in-correct in the Swissport system and will look into this further. We hope that this small delay on your check-in process didn't detract from a great holiday in Tenerife and we hope that you book with FlyDirect on a future occasion.

Good service

Very efficient. Nice just to turn up to the airport with your passport rather than have to go online for boarding pass. Wish the hold luggage allowance was more than 18kg.
