FlyDirect Recenzije

Thank you for sending us in your review, I am sorry to hear that you thought transfers were included, I can see that you booked your holiday via our website, and you would of been asked during the booking process (prior to payment) if you wanted to add share or private transfers to your booking, so I can only apologise if this wasn't clear enough. Our team are always on hand via the telephone or in person at our office should you have had any questions prior to your trip that we could of advised on. It sounds like overall you had a great time away and we hope to welcome you and your family on a future FlyDirect trip.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are really pleased to hear that you found flying directly from the Isle of Man so convenient and that our team kept you well informed throughout the process. We are sorry to hear about the confusion with the luggage carousel on arrival. While baggage handling is managed by the airport, we completely understand how this could have been frustrating and we will pass your feedback on to help avoid similar issues in future. It is great to hear that you would still choose to travel with us again. We really appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you on another FlyDirect holiday soon

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the return flight and that things ran smoothly on the way home. We are sorry to hear about the delay on your outbound journey and understand how frustrating that must have been. We also appreciate your comments regarding airport assistance in Majorca. We know how important accessibility is, and we will share your feedback with our partners to help improve the experience for all our customers. Thank you again for travelling with us and we hope to welcome you on board another FlyDirect holiday in the future.
