A good holiday, will go again.

2 good flights but both were delayed - over an hour for the outbound flight and about the same for the return. With a flight at 08:00 and having to be at the airport at 06:00, the delay was not...

Thank you for your feedback, I have our flight report stating just a 15 minute delay on the outbound journey which was made up during the flight and you landed in Malaga 5 minutes earlier then the scheduled arrival time. The return journey was as you have outlined delayed due to mandatory crew rest hours and for this I can only apologise. We hope to welcome you on a future FlyDirect flight and holiday on another occasion.

Ladies holiday!

We were caught up in a cyber attack, our plane really delayed. It couldn't be helped but we lost a good half day. However on return journey we were picked up at 6.55 a.m. which really cut our day....

Thank you for your review, I can only apologise for your delay in the start of your holiday, this was due to the inbound aircraft arriving into the Isle of Man late and ATC capacity issues at Palma. W are glad to hear that you were happy with the comfort of the flight along with the service provided by the crew. I will add your destination suggestions onto our client wish list and we hope to see you on a future FlyDirect holiday again.

Friendly Service and good time keeping Early flight back not favoured. But understand need of schedules. Disappointed that the commencement of flights to Malaga don’t start until September.
