A direct flight is a bonus

On board drinks and a snack provided free which is a bonus. No inflight magazine or reading material.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad that you enjoyed the convenience of the FlyDirect flights from the Isle of Man down to Malaga. I can only apologise for the delays you incurred at the start of your trip, this was down to issues with loading the bags and wheelchairs in Ronaldsway and we hope that this doesn't deter you form choosing to travel with us at FlyDirect again.

Normal service for a travel agent, you advertised the holiday, provided the tickets and arranged the transfers. Apart from the direct flight nothing out of the ordinary.

Thank you for sending us your feedback. The hotel you chose is located on the outskirts of Estepona, requiring a short taxi or bus ride into the town centre. This is noted on the website where you made your booking. Should you choose to travel with us again in the future, please feel free to contact a member of our customer service team before making your booking. Most of our team have visited all the destinations we feature and viewed the properties, so we would be happy to suggest a hotel in a more central location. I will also pass your comments on to our hotel and transfer partners for their review. We hope to welcome you on a future FlyDirect flight or holiday soon.
