Excellent service but now too expensive

Apart from the prebooking of seats , as stated previously, it was excellent.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re pleased to hear that you found the aircraft and staff to be excellent and that you enjoyed the convenience of the direct service. With regards to seating, passengers requiring assistance are allocated seats in line with the airline’s operational procedures, and whilst requests can sometimes be accommodated, specific seat assignments unfortunately cannot always be guaranteed. We are glad to hear that the cabin crew were able to assist once onboard. We will also pass your comments regarding the catering options to the relevant team for review and we hope to welcome you onboard another FlyDirect flight in the future.
