Flexitreks Recenzije

Many thanks for the great review and the tip about the tag-along stand which has been fed back to the guys in the bike shop.

Oh dear, sorry to read all this and thank you for the feedback.

It is sometimes possible to arrange bike delivery to the hotel for larger groups of cyclists and I presume that was the case with the Dutch party.

The route notes have recently been reviewed for this tour but in light of your comments I will ask our local supplier to re-check the sections you mention.

I'm glad Ally was able to resolve the issue with the hotel in Salzburg to your satisfaction.

I'm glad that despite these issue you still found it to be a brilliant holiday.

Many thanks for the thorough review Catlyne. Matteo was mortified that the packs went missing at the start of the trip and is very sorry that this made the first morning quite stressful for you.

Your feedback on the route notes is appreciated and in light of your comments we have asked our local guide to review the instructions .

I'm glad that despite these minor issues you enjoyed the holiday overall.

Many thanks for the feedback Christine and in light of your comments we have decided to suspend further sales of this tour while we discuss scope for improvement with our local supplier. Romania is a wonderful country and we'd love to continue to offer this route but if the roads are too poorly maintained and busy for enjoyable cycling then we'll have to consider removing it from our programme until things improve.

Many thanks for the review. We were disappointed that you found the bikes to be too small and heavy. Measurements provided by our customers are used to calculate frame sizes and this process has until now been 100% accurate. The bikes used on these tours are specifically designed and built for the job in hand and while there are lighter models available, the frames used provide the best combination of strength, durability and weight.

So sorry about the first night issue. It was very unfortunate that the hotel you and your group were booked into had to close at very short notice. We were glad that we were able to accommodate you all in an alternative hotel of a very good standard albeit some distance away from Cesky Krumlov.

Reviews don't get much better, or more succinct, than that! Thanks John

So glad you enjoyed your cycling holiday Michael. We are actually looking at how we can incorporate a night at the north end of Lake Garda into his trip in the future - great minds and all that!

Thanks for the feedback Pat. In light of your comments we are reviewing the route notes with our local supplier to ensure future customers do not have the same problem. I am glad that, aside from this small glitch, you had a wonderful time.

Exactly what we like to hear - thanks Gillian!
