Tried to contact for help setting up, couldn’t ever connect with anyone who could help me. While router is working, I had to reset it and I am not convinced that it is working properly.

Glad to know you're enjoying your router! We should note, everyone's set up is different, so performance will vary from person to person. Factors like how much area you're looking to cover with Wi-Fi, where the router is located, and what material your walls are made of all affect the performance of the router.
Couldn’t get the router working. And there’s no online documentation on how to get even a very basic configuration working. Tech support via email wasn’t able to help me either, again, not even...

Thanks, Ken! The Privacy App shows your connection status at the top of the page. And, you can always visit nordvpn.com to check your status at the top of the page to check if you are protected or not. Hope that answers your question!
