support rep was inattentive to what I was communicating. His troubleshooting was pointless since I'd already tried everything he suggested. Early on I mentioned I preferred an online remote...
Customer service is horrible. Never returned calls, delayed and vague responses when communicating via messenger. Obviously your employees lack proper training.
Bad decision to purchase from your Co.
