I can assure you that we do not intend to take advantage of our customers in any way, we fully understand that the journey to conception can be expensive so we try and make the cost of OvuSense as reasonable as possible. The monthly subscription is competitively priced with other less accurate products such as OPKs. Hi Trystan, thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look at your data and it does appear as though you ovulated in Cycle 3 but unfortunately there was too much missing data for the app to issue a confirmation. It is really important to use the sensor each night that you are not spotting or bleeding. Please do get in touch with customer support via the website if we can offer you any assistance. We never promise pregnancy as nobody can do that, but OvuSense does 'work' for all women in terms of tracking ovulation. It is the only monitor on the market which can confirm ovulation with 99% clinically proven accuracy. At OvuSense, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. If you haven't, I would recommend that you book in and get her to take a look at your charts.
