Wow, 100 holes from one drill bit - great news. As we don't know the background history of each piece of sea glass and what it's made up of they tend to have varying degrees of hardness. For the stubborn pieces of sea glass you may find the small diamond core drills work a little better. Always keep your speed low (5,000 rpm) and the pressure light.

Thanks for your feedback Caroline. The core drills are not suitable for drilling through porcelain. You need the Small Diamond Drill Bits (solid ended, larger surface area - better for tough materials such as porcelain) One of the team will be in contact to offer further help, advice and replacements.

Correct speed and usage has been discussed with the customer. The description on the product page states that these core drill bits are not suitable for Porcelain and to use the small Diamond Drill Bits instead.

Thanks Simon. If you're looking for a finer grit, we also have120, 200 and 400 grits available. You may also like the diamond polishing cloths which come in extremely fine grades.
