Item as described, fast service. However would not use again as p+p is exorbitant as does not reflect the true cost on a single item.

When you buy any item from Essential
Supplies you are dealing with real people, we are not run robots, for that sort
of service you need to use a different company.
To give you a little idea of what goes on
for your £10 delivery charge,
Someone
looks at your order, and types it onto our computer system, spelling
mistakes are corrected, mis-matched products are checked, address’s
checked. Then an email is sent to you confirming the order.Another
person has picked up the order , and read the details, he has then found
the correct item, chosen the best packaging materials, packed it,sealed it
and printed an address sticker.A Thrid
person has double checked the correct items have
been packed, and a final weight check is carried out comparing the suggested weight against the actual
weight.Your
order is then loaded onto a DPD van .DPD
take it to our local depot, load it onto a big lorry, drive it in the
evening to Birmingham, it is then transferred to another lorry to London,
the London congestion charge is paid, and finally a local delivery driver
brings it to your front door for you to sign.
Yes all that for
£10, I think it is fantastic value for money.
A bank will charge more to send one letter. We do pay our staff above minimum wage, we do pay our taxes, and
we are still in business. I know the
likes of Amazon will do it for less but our staff want to earn a living, and
not be replaced by robots. We do offer
you the choice to collect it for free from us.
I am so sure
that the value of our service and product is second to none, that I will offer
you a refund to cover all the £10
delivery charge from us, if you can find the same product for sale anywhere in
the world for less money than you paid us, including any delivery charges.
