Thank you for leaving a review, we're glad you had a good time in Cyprus at the Capo Bay - https://www.enableholidays.com/Capo-Bay. We're looking forward to arranging another holiday in the future for you.

Regarding the flight seats - it is standard practice for all airlines that disabled passengers will be seated next to a window on a flight. Thank you for the review on our service, I'll pass the kind words on to Sara. It is unfortunate that you've had to cancel, please be aware that it does take 28 days to receive a cancellation invoice - Sara is doing her best to sort this for you asap.

We hope we can arrange another holiday to Llandudno (http://www.enableholidays.com/Llandudno-Hotel---2) for you in the future when you're feeling better.
