Well-organised but we didn't "click" with the Egyptian guides. I thought they could have made more effort.

Overall it was a great service, but my regulator did not have a depth gauge at all and my fathers' regulator had a broken depth gauge. Of course this is not very safe but fortunately my dive...

Thank you for giving us your feedback. I am pleased you had a good experience with us. In response to your point about the regulators; we have reg's with and with-out depth gauges so, with the guide giving you a computer, he'll have chosen one without. I have checked the logs for your fathers depth gauge and the last time it was used it was not reported as broken. I'll reiterate to the guides to ask guests to be told of any equipment problems so repairs can be done immediately. Again, thanks for the feedback. It allows us to review our operations and improve were possible. We look forward to seeing you again.

I have used Emporer's Sharm dive centre eight times now and cannot fault their operation, from the initial point of enquiry to the final day of the trip nothing is too much trouble, and their outlook...
Everything was goed organized. Food on board was excellent.
I think it was the weather, but we dived only one week with you and had 4 dives on Marsa Imbarak. So next time more variation.

food and organisation to be of a good standard. Thanks for your comments about the dive sites and I sympathise that you went to the same dive area for 2 days out of your week. There are a lot of variables that go into our dive site choice including the weather, and Marsa Mubarak/Imbarak can be a site that gets visited more regularly than others due to the protection it offers. I will pass on your comments to the guides about more variety, especially about visiting more dive sites if they are forced to the same area.
