A lot of employees walking around in the divingcentre but no one asking us if we need help. Not on the first day of arrival and not the following days if we would make a booking for a trip and not on...

we get many comments to the contrary so I am really surprised. I looked into your diving activity and note you completed only one day in total, but on this day you should have been given a whole first day briefing including where to find everything, special trips and further diving options etc. I am keen to hear some more details about your comments to try and see where we as individuals or as a team can improve, and I encourage you to email me on the address below if you can expand on them in any way. I apologise for not delivering the service you expected, and would very much like the opportunity to put this right. Once again, many thanks for the review. Best regards,
