Good price but poor quality of service
My experience was not good, but the premium for building insurance was good I had purchased building insurance as owning the freehold of the property which split into two flats, which present issues.

Bad deals and bad service
The initial quote (2023-2024) was OK. The renewal showed a 40% increase in the premium. Not good. After I cancelled the policy, by phone and e-mail, the premium for 2024-2025 was still deducted from...
