Thank you for your feedback. As discussed by email, Royal Mail advises waiting 10 working days before a parcel is considered lost, after which we would reproduce your order. As we didn’t hear back from you, we assumed it had been delivered. Please could you confirm whether the parcel was received. Thank you.

Due to the Bank Holiday weekend, your order was not dispatched until 1st September. It then arrived on 7th September, which is within the usual delivery timeframe for First Class post, typically 1–5 working days. However, we completely understand that delays can still be frustrating, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. With regard to the size of the name on your tags, this was because the full name was entered on a single line rather than being split over two lines. We’re sorry if this was not as expected.
