We’re particularly sorry to hear about the velcro causing scratches to your Little One. That’s obviously not acceptable, and not what we want for any baby. Our goal is to make your Little One more comfortable and your life easier. We’re always looking at how we can improve, and we’ll be reviewing our fastening options off the back of this, including looking into softer velcro alternatives. On the embroidery, we completely understand your point about absorbency. You may find that after a wash or two the embroidery softens and the absorbency improves slightly, but we appreciate that this hasn’t been your experience so far.
