yes thanks for your comment regarding the password. We try and offer a very easy to use service without logging in hassles before ordering and/or requests for lost passwords to access the login. Please be assured there is no sensitive information stored within the login. In the future though, it is planned to offer customers a quick re-order option from within the login (rather than a simple status view.) Indeed, this type of login would require password encryption.
