We are sorry but we cannot always make assurances about airline policy when changing names and must look into such with the relevant providers. We can see that once you had emailed the passport and we responded 24 hours later, you had already made the change needed. We are pleased that this was the case and regret you feel our service warrants this review since we followed the process required.

I sent an email a week ago about baggage issues I'm having (unable to book return baggage!) and I still haven't had a response.

That said, the correct department do have a working timescale for reply as follows -Please do allow 7 working days for our team to respond to your query.
