Lack of response.
All was good with my booking which included taxi transfers but the collection time was not correct. Contacted them and was informed that the correct time would be changed, but still waiting!

Bad misleading company
It is miss leading custmers. By providing false information. I booked my hoidlay and paid extra money for free cancellation up until 30/08/22 and when tried to cancel it is so much hassle of emailing...

Mr Khawaja, we are sorry to learn of the conflcting information. There are however terms to the free cancelation policy we offer and these do show when you make your online booking. We will get this looked into for you to clarify and regret you are unhappy with the process for cancelling.

When I did booking there was no terms like that. It only charged me extra if I want to cancel booking by 30/08/22. And I have been trying to do that way before that. So I am asking again if you can pay my money back tell me I can change review. Or other wise I will have to take this further with ombudsman, trading standards and report to my bank for refund.

How can you just say that so easily and not provide the solution. Not even correct if that is the case. I did contact the correct team and they don’t reply until 48 hours and that also with not refunding answer
