Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your pillowcases did not quite match the description. Occasionally colours may sometimes appear to differ according to screen resolutions; particularly when the colour is very slight, in this instance, with the light blue. We take great care however to photograph our products with a true likeness, and to describe the product fully on our website. We are grateful for your feedback however, and will look into this matter.

Thank you for your feedback. Each product page contains details of that particular product, and, providing the item is a current product, details of the “photographed with…” items on that picture are also included on the page. Because some of our stock is limited, particularly during January, where we prepare for our new collections, we do not re photograph our lifestyle images each time an item becomes discontinued. However, we are looking to re photograph and update some of these life style images where products have become discontinued. Regarding your other comment, if you would like to unsubscribe from our mailing list, please go to the bottom of the page on our last promotional email and select the “unsubscribe” link. You will then be removed from our mailing list and will not receive any further promotional emails from Designers Guild.
