Good afternoon -- Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. After reviewing the details of your visit, here’s what we found: Upon inspection, the engineer noted that the tube motor had lost its limits. This essentially means the door was unable to detect where the top or the bottom was, causing it to roll off its tracks. Additionally, the door’s manual winder was not functional, leaving no option for a temporary fix like the one you mentioned had been done previously by another company. Because of these issues, our only solution was to provide you with a quote for a new motor. This was provided to you with no call-out charge and absolutely no obligation to proceed further.
