Great service, rang late afternoon with a remote control problem and service engineer came next morning. He was very polite also the lady at the other end of the phone.

I have to say that Dawes responded quite promptly to my call, and the attending Engineer was very efficient, but I find it quite odd that they do not give the Customer a proper receipt showing...

Reliable and professional.

Easy to make an appointment. Came out on time and phoned to give a 2 hour time slot. Friendly service, repair carried out straight away . Highly recommend them.
