Excellent efficient service

Excellent service, replaced damaged garage door wires and spindles, realigned door to prevent similar damaged. Very efficient and courteous service, would recommend to anyone.

Waste of time.

Waste of time. Arrived late and said there was nothing he could do. No interest in doing the job couldn’t wait to get away. The roller door just needs set up obviously wanted an early finish.

Good afternoon -- As a repair / installation company it is difficult for us to be able to guarantee appointments, we do apologise for this, however until we are at a customer’s property we don’t know exactly what work may be entailed. The technician who made the visit has been consulted and he confirmed the roller door was an industrial type which we cannot get parts for, this however should have been established at the point of booking to save time for yourself and the technician. The job would require 2-3 people to lift the motor alone. The technician also informed you of a company who could do the repairs, namely AB Rollers. AMENDMENT: Apologies, this related the LiftMaster motor which was brand new and supplied by yourself. The technician asked if you would like it programming to which the reply was a flat out "no". So he simply didn't know what else we could do to assist. Regards
