Good afternoon Mike -- We are sorry to hear of your experience and apologies for any inconvenience regarding any wasted time waiting in for our visit. We do advise customers that we give up to an hours notice when the technician is on his way however, as a repair / installation company it is difficult for us to be able to guarantee appointments, we do apologise for this, however until we are at a customer’s property we don’t know exactly what work may be entailed. Your other comments will be shared with our management team and the technician will also be consulted. When more is established we will try and add more to our reply. Obviously considering our current Feefo score such feedback does come somewhat as a surprise, plus we have recently been gained the Feefo Gold Service Award which we are terribly proud of. “Until you are at a customer’s property”. That is the crux. You cried off before you had even visited the property. I was simply given a fait accompli as in a price for a new door with the caveat that you don’t do repairs. I was quite happy to delay the visit but the discussion that led to the cancellation of the visit was clearly held in order to avoid anything other than a renewal. Why that route was taken by you is unclear, but it is malpractice.
