Addition: We have now checked back with the technician who made the visit to your property. We didn't attend the job as a repair, this was to quoted as a gain entry. We advised that we do not accept any damage that may be caused and cannot provide parts for this particular door. The work was then carried out and paid for. The technician then tried to call but no answer so sent a text message and again no reply after you called the office.
