Shocking, tried to rip me off for a new garage door motor quoted at £1100 when you can buy online for £320, also turns out I didn't need it, just reprogrammed the old one.

Astronomical price charge working out at £480 an hour for 15 minutes labour and no parts.

We carried out a full survey and then provided a no obligation quotation with no call out charge, so like with all jobs, customers have the opportunity to accept the quote or decline and shop around should they wish, so the only expense to yourself initially was your time. As for the price, we do always advise on this before any work is carried out, there was also no call out charge. We can't provide a warranty if no parts involved unfortunately.
