Effective but pricey

Be clearer about their pricing. Initial quote was rapidly reduced to lower but was still quite expensive. A sale ploy I think. However the door operation is ver much improved.

Astonishingly prompt!

Astonishingly prompt service! The garage door mechanism failed at lunchtime and was repaired by tea-time: on a bank holiday Saturday, too. The technician was polite as well.

Prompt service. Pleasant man came to fix same day.Very satisfied

Repaired door as one side had wrong screws which had come loose and the coiled spring had come away

Good service without pressure.

S am 9was great, very thorough and spelt out all the options. Got straight through to his office and got prices for all the options and then did another measure up to make sure everything was correct.
