Good afternoon -- First and foremost please accept our apologies for the delay reaching you. We do try to manage expectations and communicate to advise if a change with the appointment. This can happen from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control. Great to hear the engineer carried out the work to your satisfaction but as for the 5% discount, this would have been applied as it would go through our CRM system when booked online via the website, but your comments have gone back to our management team as we acknowledge all feedback for future improvements and this should be one of them indeed.
