Very efficient & polite service from everyone I had contact with. Very prompt.

We were told that the springs on our garage door (one of which was broken) are no longer available, therefore we need a new door. We were given lots of advice and now know exactly what we need.

I made an appointment for the morning of Thursday 6th June No one called or showed up.

Although they could not resolve the problem, the gentleman was very straightforward and courteous.

Engineer was knowledgeable and polite and got the job done promptly. There was previously confusion regarding the appointment which the customer service team weren’t apologetic or helpful in solving...

So far we had an engineer and between us we have decided to go for 2 new doors so I can give a better judgement once we have the new doors fitted! Moira Meek

Very honest guy,couldn't fix our garage door but punctual and polite

The engineer tried his best running through the cheepest option till he ran out of options and I had to have a new unity installed

A day after our call but the service was very good, professional and efficient.
