Good afternoon -- We are sorry to hear this and if your experience fell short of your expectations. However, we would typically arrange for an engineer to carry out a full survey which is then followed up with a call from a sales agent. Also on the day discounts can be applied as well as other discounts such as OAP. If you have any issues sine the engineers visit with the cables installed, your warranty provided covers all parts and labour - but all being well you will have no issues for months if not years to come!
