Dead pixels are the bain of the flat panel industry; why all state of the art manufacturers cannot eradicate these is a mystery!? The end user / customer should not have to suffer them.

Its ok when buying and paying. But after sale experience is non existent. Currys are throwing the buck at HP and HP are doing the same back. Appaling to say the least. I couldn't create the back up...

currys customer services did not reply to both emails sent to them. Best avoid this firm if you value product support.
