contacted cust serv regarding loading of software and was informed that they would be able to do it at the bedford store. when i visited the store they told me they had no facilities to load software...
I paid £15 to have the item fitted and the delivery men arrived took one look and decided they couldn't fit it asthey didn't have any parts, i thought that was the whole idea of paying for fitting...
The freezer was delivered to the position I asked but wasn't unpacked - an interesting task for a lady on her own but luckily had lots of room so managed it.

I went to Currys Tunbride Wells to exchange the machine for a DC23. The store manager refused as the box had been opened whereas my receipt said that i could return it as long as i had not used it....
