Hi, I have been told I will receive a refund for policy 720100132370 on 24th March. I am still waiting. Considering I am unable to travel I should be entitled to the full amount

Well i had ine of the top covers but had my flights cancled from the airline and also my hotels due to corona virus and they offered me a 20 dollar refund which is pathic and i was told thats all. I...

Service is rated zero. Why would you want a critique of service when you have provided nil response to query related to insurance related to current virus?

Pandemics not covered... everyone’s lost except insurance!

Simple, efficient and pay when you have to place a claim
I always get my insurance through cover more. Usually 2x year. This time when I had to cancel my flight because of the corona virus I got the full refund. Thanking you.

ought insurance to cover me for corona effects. In particular cacellation. Had to cancel. But found out i was not covered. Typical insurance ****!!
