We are still waiting to hear back in regards to our claim - after an email on Feb 8 to say they received our claim and would respond in 10 days.

Very stressful experience no doubt planned that way, to discourage claims
Far too much running around getting proof. Surely you could have relied on Travel agent to support my claim. Why did I have to give you my bank details when I had the receipt. And originals no less....

Lodged a claim process is very difficult, very slow, time consuming, difficult to contact by phone. therefore in future very unlikely to use cover more again.
