Luggage coverage completely inadequate. I had a bag worth over $2000 that was destroyed and received less than $400. I will not be renewing.

Great Service, Great value.
Great service. My wife injured her back and had to see the doctor on board the cruise liner. I paid the bill. Once home, I completed online claim and it was paid within the week.

Seervice OK but check the fine print.
Easy to transact the purchase.
The website to lodge the claim for lost baggage was reasonably easy to navigate.
The claims department were quite reasonable on documentation required.

I have used this insurance numerous times and never had to do a claim. Last holiday, I had to make a claim which was processed very quickly with no issues.
